Let’s look at the top ten interviewing questions.  I’ll use examples based on Pat.

Pat is an administrative assistant. Unlike her colleagues she has lived abroad, loves foreign cultures, and regularly travels.  This sometimes makes her feel like an outsider.  Pat is an excellent worker and these differences have never got in the way of doing the job.
