Monster is an OK site.  I never quite got when I searched for a job as a training manager I also got fitness coach – not a good choice for someone who has 50 pounds excess – or Spanish teacher.  But it’s not that bad.  Yikes though, this recent survey showed that there were a bunch of bugs not only in Monster but in Career Builder and others.  Go check it out.  And remember you’re better networking and getting a personal referral than relying on job sites.
